Shipping charges to Alaska, Hawaii, and Canada are updated monthly. To find out the latest shipping costs—login to your account, add a product to your cart, and press the "checkout" button. On the first checkout screen, you'll see the current shipping charge for your location. You are not required to order anything.

How long will my order take to ship?
It generally takes 24 to 36 hours to process your order (not including weekends and holidays) before it ships and, depending on your shipping address, it can take between 7 to 10 days to reach you via ground shipping.

 

Your shipment will arrive either UPS or USPS (if in the United States).

Where will my order be shipped from?
All of our items are shipped from one of our two warehouses in the United States.

What if the items is not in stock when I order?
If your order is out of stock, we will let you know what the estimated waiting time will be. Items out of stock can take up to 4-6 weeks to arrive at our warehouse, but normally you will only have to wait a few days.
